「普寧炸豆腐」


材料:-
普寧豆腐..............3件
韭菜.....................4棵
暖水.....................4湯匙
鹽.........................1茶匙


做法:-
1. 將鹽放入暖水中拌勻放涼;韭菜切細,然後放入鹽水中。
2. 普寧豆腐用廚房紙吸乾水份,然後放入熱油鍋中,以大火炸至金黃拿出,切半上碟。


小貼士:-
1. 鹽的份量可依個人喜好作加減。
2. 炸至金黃之普寧豆腐趁熱食為佳。
